Start as an apprentice, become an installer within 4–6 weeks, and work your way up to lead technician — with the potential to earn $40+/hour.
Apprentices work alongside highly skilled Lead Technicians installing Closets by Design's products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion.

Requirements
- Able to use a measuring tape, drill gun, and simple DIY house projects.
- Clean driving record and current personal auto insurance policy.
- Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills.
- Willing to take part in our training to become a skilled service technician.
